This song is just so happy. It makes you want to get up and dance. It's called "Dreamer" by Chris Brown. It's on the USA Olympic soundtrack. So far, this is my favorite of the other Olympics songs(though I haven't listened to all of them yet) and possibly my favorite Chris Brown song. He is extremely talented-great dancer, amazing voice-and only 19! Not to mention the fact that he's incredibly sexy...

As you probably know, I have many obsessions. My latest one is...well, I don't really know what to call it. I like taking the squished marbles and putting a picture behind it. The picture is magnified then and creates a really cool effect. Making them is simple. I just cut pics from old magazines, used tacky glue(make sure it dries clear) to glue them on the back, and then let it dry. Simple. I've been making them like crazy and taping them around the edge of my computer screen. I'm going to make some to sell(including Twilight magnets) on Etsy. More info about that later. Until then, enjoy the pics of what I've made so far above! Sorry the pics are bad quality, the lighting is terrible and I can't move them, seeing as they're taped on. So, excuse the crappy photo work(I'll do better!).
Hello, everyone! As I said a few posts back, The Dusty Tomatoes(including me) are writing a play(more like a movie, actually). We're pretty proud of it so far. It's called Grin and Bear It and so far we've posted Act 1:Scene 1 & 2. The message is good, the chorus is...invigorating?(I'm trying to use different adjectives-i say 'awesome' too much)

I've changed my mind several times about whether or not Kristen Stewart is right for the role of Bella Swan(main character of the Twilight series, for those who don't know). For everyone who has actually read the books(or at least the first)-what do you think of Kristen? Like I've said, I've had changing opinions, but I've settled on one verdict-she is right to play Bella. SunnyD is totally against it and persuaded me she wasn't right for the role. But after watching so many behind-the-scenes and trailers(it's an addiction!) I have decided she is Bella. Of course, I've always been a supporter of Rob playing Edward, even from the first few chapters of Twilight.
So...what do you think?

Ok, so as you all know, I was pretty pissed about HP #6-the movie-being moved to July 2009. I'm all better now, after reading this:
As everyone undoubtedly knows, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince was just moved from November to July of 2009. Not only did this anger fans and start up an immense amount of discussion, but it left a huge gap in the release schedule that was just waiting to be filled. To fill that gap, Summit Entertainment has stepped up and moved the release of Twilight from December 12th to November 21st. For those who are completely disconnected, Twilight is the big screen adaptation of the first book in Stephenie Meyer's series. It will now go up against Disney's Bolt head-to-head, since Disney moved that film to the vacant spot as well. This is definitely a knife if the back of all the Harry Potter fans. As much as I'd love to talk highly of Twilight, I just can't, especially after they ruined Comic-Con. I know that there are probably countless

So, I may be the last girl on earth to see it, but I finally watched The Devil Wears Prada. I read the book a little less than a year ago.
The movie was great, but of course, the book was better. But it's hard to fit all of the conflict from the book into the movie, or else it would be REALLY long.
I noticed that there were a few added things. For instance, I don't remember Emily ever being hit by a car and ending up in the hospital(but maybe she did and I just don't remember)
I highly suggest you read the book if you liked the movie. The characters are much more developed, Miranda's much more annoying(in a good way, though-if it's possible), and the conflict is better.
Really great book. Really great movie. Check out both, if you haven't already.

OMG, so, I just found out that Robert Pattinson sings and plays the guitar!!!! And he rocks! Such an amazing voice(though it doesn't sound like him) This goes to show he's more than just a pretty face. He's BEYOND INCREDIBLY talented. Beyond. Way beyond.

I found this great add-on for those with Mozilla Firefox. It's called Stumbleupon and it's so cool! You sign up for free and click on your interests. Then, a 'Stumble!' button appears in your toolbar. Now, whenever you're bored, you just click on 'Stumble!' and it takes you to a site it thinks you would like. Then you rate it. Thumbs up? It's put in your favorites. Thumbs down? You won't come across it again.
It's simple and very fun. I've found awesome websites I never knew exsisted.
